What is Integration?
Moving toward wholeness…
Ontological shock is a state characterized by disorientation, anxiety, and/or confusion following an experience that deeply challenges our worldview. This shock (or “flip” as coined by Jeffrey J. Kripal) may call into question our understanding of the world and our place within it.
Through integration, we can work toward integrating the multidimensional material we gain during an experience of altered states to understand, harmonize, and make sense of these learnings. With integration, we look at these often ‘extraordinary’ shifts in perspective and attempt to assimilate that which may be beneficial, nurturing, inspiring, and even beautiful into our ‘ordinary’ lives.

Do I really need integration?
Integration is one of the key elements of altered state journeying, along with preparation and the journey itself (also called, ceremony). Integration is the component, however, that has the potential for the most significant impact in our lives as it is what allows us to take the learnings that we gained from preparation and journeying, and apply them to our everyday for ultimately long-lasting effect and transformation.

How does it work?
Given the nature of our modern world, I offer integration support over video call, so we can work together regardless of your location. That being said, I am based between London and Dubai, and I travel around regularly, so if we happen to be in the same city, meeting in person may be possible as well.
A note about discretion…
As the status of psychedelics varies from place to place, and because those who are working on themselves via the path of plant medicine are making a deeply personal choice—one that is not always understood by all—discretion and confidentiality are the bedrock of this work. Your identity will always be kept private, and as such I do not have social media presence for this work, as it is not for show.
